Stephanie Prestridge is the owner of Lineage Law, an estate planning law firm with offices across Louisiana.  Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from Louisiana College in 1998 and completed her legal studies at Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2004.  While in law school, she was invited to participate in the Loyola Law Review and was a member of the International Law Moot Court team.  Stephanie spent the first few years of her career litigating business, insurance, and family law matters, until she discovered the field of estate planning when her grandfather became ill and required nursing home care.  That experience forced her to rethink her personal goals as a legal professional, and to focus her practice solely on helping families with estate planning and related legal issues. Stephanie is a member of the Louisiana Bar Association and the Trusts, Estate, Probate & Immovable Property Section, the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.  She is also on the Board of the Louisiana Bar Foundation Kids’ Chance Scholarship Program.  She has been admitted to practice law in the State of Louisiana since 2005.  Additionally, Stephanie is a partner in In Marriage QDRO, LLC.  Stephanie is married to her law partner (the one she still thinks of as her personal paralegal), and together they have a little hostage-negotiator-in-training named Ava Grayce and a future competitive chicken nugget eating contestant named Mason.  She may be contacted at stephanie.prestridge@lineagelaw.com or directly at (318) 447-2525.

MAmber (Gouin) Hinds. Amber has over 15 years’ experience as a Medicaid and LTC Planner.  Amber is the founder of AshBer, an independent insurance agency specializing in Medicaid Compliant Annuities from “A” rated insurance carriers and long-term care insurance solutions.  AshBer partners with attorneys and financial advisors across the county to deliver industry-leading service and premier insurance solutions to their clients offered by “A” rated insurance carriers. Amber has an immense passion for educating attorneys, advisors, and their clients regarding financial strategies designed to help pay for long-term care costs applicable to both Preplanning (asset-based LTC/hybrid policies) and Crisis Medicaid scenarios. She is a proud recipient of University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh’s BA of Finance where she graduated with magna cum laude honors. She is a licensed insurance agent licensed in all 50 states and holds her Series 65 license with FINRA. Amber recently moved from Wisconsin to Georgia to be near her husband, his son and their chocolate labradoodle.  Her hobbies include OrangeTheory fitness, downhill skiing, and traveling.
